Shipping Policy

Hidden Harlo offers international shipping and free local pick up options.
All orders are processed within 3-5 days, please allow an additional 3-5 days for all US deliveries and 7-14 business days for international. Delivery times may vary as USPS does not guarantee delivery estimates.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. We currently offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that buying things online sometimes does not go as planned. Hidden Harlo gladly accepts returns for online credit, or exchange only. We can only accept unworn items with original tags attached within 15 days from your original purchase date.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you online credit or exchange.
Clothing has to be in the condition you received it in (unworn, unwashed, no stains, tags attached).
Please allow 3-5 days for us to process your return. Once processed and approved, you will receive online store credit. (shipping is non-refundable)
Before returning an item, please email us at hiddenharlo@gmail.com along with your order number. If exchanging for a different size, please include the size you need.
You are responsible for shipping charges when returning or exchanging.
